Life can be easily explained within the analogy “The recipe of life”. Life is kind of like a dish encompassed by the flavors of culture and environment. You may imagine the seasonings to this dish would be the interactions and influences we have with others within our society and communities. Add too much seasoning, you may be overwhelmed with paying attention to what others think about you and your life. The lack of enough seasoning can leave your life without the connections we thirst for, and the acceptance of those who surround us. Life, in comparison to a recipe, has many elements that when combined can produce an elegant dish, or a fast food delight. In the moment, the fast food delight brings a sense of delicious content, but in the long run will lead to unhappiness and complications. Let’s talk about this elegant dish we want to have in our life!
